Customs duties, taxes and fees apply for shipping outside the EU. Unfortunately we have no influence on this. 

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

For orders that are not picked up and then sent to If returned to us, a fee of 12 euros will apply to cover the return shipping fee and handling costs. 

All standard shipments with DHL to Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands are free of charge. The shipping costs for many European and international shipments are automatically added during the ordering process and are sometimes free of charge.

Yes! You can remove smaller stains with soap and warm water. The stretcher is otherwise washable at 30°C. Please always wash them separately and without fabric softener. The buckles should be closed and it is best to use a washing bag/washing net.

Yes. Our baby carriers have been tested according to European standard DIN EN 13209-2:2016-07 and classified as a hip-healthy product by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. You are not sure how to put the carrier on? Contact our wearing advice!

As soon as your baby has reached the minimum weight of 3 kg. The leg bar can be easily adjusted using the internal buttons and ensures that your baby sits in the correct and safe position in the carrier. (In older models it is infinitely adjustable with a ribbon). If your baby is particularly small (e.g. due to a premature birth), to be on the safe side, consult your midwife/pediatrician/babywearing consultant.

The fabric is a classic sling fabric and consists of 100% pure organic cotton. The fabric is extremely breathable, soft, durable and does not wrinkle excessively.

The strap with the buckle is used to hold the shoulder straps together when you use the carrier on your back. Check out here the instructions.

No, this does not work and should not be done as it can be harmful to your child's hips. In addition, the baby may suffer from sensory overload because he cannot turn his head away. But you can carry it on your back as soon as it can sit up on its own.

The hip belt is approx. 130 cm long.

Our baby carrier fits up to a dress size XXL and a stomach hip circumference of 130 cm.

Unfortunately, the color black cannot be dyed naturally. Therefore, you usually always have to dye deep black with synthetic dyes. But we don't want that! Since we use environmentally friendly and, above all, baby-friendly colors that are less aggressive, the baby carrier may fade more quickly. The color of the baby carrier can change, especially due to UV radiation. We dye our baby carriers with ÖkoTex 100 certified dye. This is also stated on our website under the product. You still have the option of refreshing the color of the stretcher, for example with a textile dye from the drugstore.

We are sorry that a button was forgotten during production. We have included a replacement button with the baby carrier. You can find it in the small pocket on the inside of the hip belt.

You can exchange the carrier 30 days after receipt.
