Difference between baby carrier and toddler carrier
You often ask us what the difference is between the baby carrier and the toddler carrier, so we would like to answer this question for you here.
The basic differences are as follows;
The leg bridge can be adjusted on the baby carrier and therefore also fits newborns. The toddler carrier can no longer be adjusted at the leg bridge, as this is no longer necessary from the age of approx. 18 months.
The back part is longer and wider and therefore more suitable for larger babies/toddlers
The hip belt on the toddler carrier is made of solid EVA material. This is similar to yoga mats or foam rubber and offers a better grip when the baby is heavier.
We recommend our baby carrier from 3 kg-15 kg (the age of the babies varies, so we prefer to indicate the weight here)
We recommend our toddler carrier from 10 kg to 20 kg.
