Shipment

We ship from Cologne with DHL Paket and DHL Express. We try our best to ensure that all orders received by us on working days by 11:00 a.m. are handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day. Delivery to packing stations is possible.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a link with the tracking number and updates on the shipping status.

We ship worldwide.

All standard shipments with DHL to Germany, the USA, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands and many other countries are free of shipping costs for orders over €145.

Shipping costs for European and international shipments are automatically added during the order process.

For orders that are not picked up at the post office and then sent back to us, as well as for orders that are refused, a fee of €12 will be charged to cover the return fee and processing costs. For orders abroad, this fee may be higher.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

For orders delivered to EU countries, the rules of the VAT One Stop Shop system apply. When ordering goods to be delivered to countries outside the EU, no VAT is charged. Depending on the order and the country of delivery, local taxes or customs duties may have to be paid, for which sandiia GmbH accepts no liability. If the taxes/duties are not paid, the order will be automatically cancelled. Transport costs and customs clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount that will be refunded to you.

If you return items, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund of customs duties and taxes. Please contact the post office where you paid the fees. They can provide you with all the information you need about the refund.

SHIPPING TIME

If your order/payment is received before 11:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day. Within Germany, your order should be with you within 2 days.

These are the usual shipping times:

Please note that the above times are based on experience. We will proactively inform you about the shipment status as soon as the order has been shipped.

RETURNS

How can I return my product?

  • You can return your product up to 30 days after receipt
  • You must announce your return in our returns portal.
  • There you will receive a return label from DHL for the return shipment (only for returns from Germany)
  • The product must be in its original condition and unwashed
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging. Original labels must not be removed.
  • If your product arrives without accessories (such as headrest, bag, etc.), we will invoice you for the missing products or this amount will be deducted.
  • Please check your product for errors, stains or other defects immediately after receipt and report them to us with pictures within 2 days at kontakt@sandiia.de. After this, we cannot accept any complaints related to existing defects

Complaints are not subject to
  • minor deviations in size, shade of the fabric, small and isolated knots or thickenings in the fabric
  • natural wear and tear of the product.
  • Damage, shrinkage (up to 10%) and defects in the products if these are caused by the defect or improper care.
  • Discoloration of the fabric

If the returned item is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right not to refund the item in full.

How much does return shipping cost?

Please note that we charge a flat fee of €6 (for returns from Germany) per return, which will be deducted from your refund amount. We reprocess all products individually and carefully in our shipping rooms. The entire return process including processing and shipping costs us around €15 per order. In order to partially cover our costs and promote (environmentally) conscious shopping, we charge a flat fee of €6 per return. This will be deducted from your refund amount without any complications. We hope for your understanding. Please use our return label for the return shipment, which you can create here. If you return the product with a different label, €6 will also be deducted from you, as it means even more work for us.

Do you have a return from another country?

Please also register your return via our portal. You will then receive the address for your return. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of the return shipment.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return, you will receive a refund from us. Refunds will be credited to the payment method originally used. This may take a few days.

It is not possible to credit the refund using a different payment method than the one originally used.
