Yes, we ship to many countries around the world. In the shopping cart you can check whether your country is included. We even ship to many countries free of charge.

For shipping outside the EU, duties, taxes and fees apply. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on this.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

We send all packages insured and with tracking.

Orders that are not collected and then returned to us will incur a charge of 12 euros to cover the return postage fee and handling costs.

All standard shipments with DHL to Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands are free of charge. The shipping costs for many European and international shipments are automatically added during the ordering process and are partly free of charge.

Yes – they are designed to close reliably in everyday use. As with any baby carrier, the key is: put it on correctly, close it properly, check briefly.

Always make sure you hear/feel it click into place ("click").

Before you start, quickly check that all fasteners are completely closed.

Keep fasteners clean (crumbs/sand can interfere with any fastening system).

Our premium baby carriers are

1. Made in Europe. We produce in a factory in Turkey. Unlike most brands that produce in China. This means we have shorter transport routes. Of course, the production costs are also more expensive than in China.

Yes, every baby carrier, toddler carrier and half buckle carrier includes a removable headrest.

Yes! You can remove small stains with soap and warm water. The stretcher is otherwise washable at 30°C. Please always wash them separately and without fabric softener. The buckles should be closed and it is best to use a wash bag/net.

Yes. Our baby carriers have been tested according to the European standard DIN EN 13209-2:2016-07 and classified as a hip-healthy product by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute . Not sure how to put on the stretcher? Contact our carrying advice!

As soon as your baby has reached the minimum weight of 3 kg. The leg strap can be easily adjusted with the buttons on the inside and ensures that your baby is in the correct and safe position in the carrier. (on older models it is continuously adjustable with a ribbon). If your baby is particularly small (e.g. due to a premature birth), consult your midwife/pediatrician/carrying consultant to be on the safe side.

The fabric is a classic sling fabric and consists of 100% pure organic cotton. The fabric is extremely breathable, soft, durable and does not wrinkle excessively.

The band with the buckle is used to hold the shoulder straps together when using the carrier on your back. Check out the instructions here .

No, this will not work and should not be done as it can damage your child's hip. In addition, the baby can suffer from sensory overload because it cannot turn its head away. However, you can carry it on your back once it can sit up on its own.

The hip belt is approx. 130 cm long.

Our baby carrier fits up to a dress size XXL and a waist circumference of 130 cm.

Unfortunately, the color black cannot be dyed naturally. Therefore, deep black must always be dyed with synthetic dyes. But we don't want that! Since we use environmentally friendly and, above all, baby-friendly colors that are less aggressive, the baby carrier may fade more quickly.
The color of the baby carrier can change, especially due to UV radiation. We dye our baby carriers with ÖkoTex 100 certified dye. This is also stated on our website under the product. You still have the option of refreshing the color of the carrier, for example with a textile dye from the drugstore.

We are sorry that a button was forgotten during production. We have included a replacement button with the baby carrier. You will find it in the small pocket on the inside of the hip belt.

Leg bridge:
The leg strap on the baby carrier is adjustable, making it suitable for newborns. The toddler carrier's leg strap is no longer adjustable.

Back part:
The back part of the toddler carrier is longer and wider and therefore more suitable for larger babies/toddlers

Hip belt:
The hip belt of the toddler carrier is made of sturdy EVA material. This material is similar to yoga mats or foam rubber and provides better support for heavier babies.

Age/Weight:
We recommend our baby carrier for babies from 3 kg to 15 kg (the age of the babies varies, so we prefer to state the weight here)

We recommend our toddler carrier for babies weighing 10 kg to 20 kg or for clothing sizes 80 and up.

The baby carrier is designed to fit all body shapes and sizes, allowing both parents to use it.

The hip belt has a minimum length of 70 cm and a maximum length of 130 cm. The carrier should be positioned at waist height.

No, the toddler carrier has a fixed bridge.

The back piece is 48 cm high.

You can exchange the carrier within 30 days of receipt.
