Q: How much does shipping cost?

All standard shipments with DHL to Germany are free of charge for orders over €100 . Shipping costs for European and international shipments are automatically added during the ordering process. For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and fees will apply. Unfortunately, we have no control over these. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. We ship all packages with DHL – insured and with tracking.

With sandiia® strap protectors, you protect your baby carrier from dirt – meaning you have to wash it less often. You also provide your baby with a safe and clean material to chew on.

You can easily slide the shoulder strap protectors over the shoulder straps and attach them with a loop to the inner button.

Is there free return shipping?

You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt.

We charge a flat fee of €6 per return, which we will deduct from your refund amount. If your order includes at least three baby carriers, we will charge €12 for the additional processing time.

For returns from Germany, you can create your DHL return label in our returns portal.
